As a valued user of Exactix, we appreciate your continued participation. To enhance your experience and ensure accuracy in creating locate tickets, we encourage you to complete our Internet Ticket Entry (ITE) training. This will also help you stay prepared for upcoming requirements. 

What’s Changing?

In the near future, all ITE users will be required to complete this training when handling tickets for:

  • Multiple addresses

  • Intersections or between intersections

  • Roads

  • Commercial properties

  • New developments/subdivision

  • Undeveloped land

Get Started Today

  1. Visit my.sunshine811.com

  2. Click on Learning (Coursettra)

  3. Login

    • If you have taken any Sunshine 811 online course, log in using your existing credentials.

    • If this is your first time visiting Coursettra, click on CREATE ONE, next to No Account? For help setting up your Coursettra account, click here. Prefer learning by video? Click here.

  4. Enter the requested information. Select Sunshine 811 from the drop-down menu to answer “Who are you training with.” Once all fields are complete, click CREATE

  5. Click BROWSE at the top of the page

  6. Select the course you want to take

  7. Click REGISTER

  8. Choose START NOW to begin learning or select LATER to start another time
