Your Safety & Education Liaisons

When it comes to the process of safe digging, we’ve got your back!

Sunshine 811 has four safety and education liaisons across the state who are available to you to provide education, troubleshoot issues, meet with you and your crews on-site or during team meetings, deliver informative presentations, and much more.

They’re here for you and ready to help. They want your process to be seamless, your job to run smoothly and your work to ensure no damages or injuries just as much as you do. Most importantly, developing a long-term relationship with your liaisons will help you:

  • overcome issues you might be facing

  • improve the 811 process (especially when it comes to locate ticket entry, following Positive Response and avoiding excessive renewals)

  • prevent dig-ins, damages and accidents, and

  • build your relationships with other stakeholders including utility owners and operators, excavators, line locators and local governments.

Who doesn’t want all of that? Reach out to your liaison today!
