Exactix upgrade offers users new functionality, convenience
November 16 at 11 p.m. Sunshine 811’s Exactix upgrade promises completely redesigned mobile pages that automatically adjust to your mobile browser’s size and keeps text at a readable size.
Mobile Upgrade
The upgrade to Exactix 3.1 features mobile enhancements for a better user experience.
For Excavators
You get a better mobile experience. Complete tickets and get utility responses in the field.
Easily compare utility responses to what you see in the field. If something doesn’t look right, simply contact the member using the contact information on your ticket.
For Members
Enter utility responses into Exactix quickly and easily.
Ticket details automatically adjust to your mobile screen.
For All
Access Exactix mobile here: exactix.sunshine811.com.
The Exactix mobile platform is browser-based and compatible with Apple and Android devices. There is no need to download an application.
Your Exactix login credentials are the same as those used on your desktop or laptop.
Help Section More Intuitive
The Help Section is updated for easier access while completing a ticket. Help is now displayed in each section of the ticket (Excavator information, Dates, Work information and Site Information). It also appears in the original top right tab position.
When clicked, Help opens help text for your section and field. The text advances as you move through each field within the ticket. Note: Help text is not displayed when working in the map.
GPS Coordinates
In August, Sunshine 811 rolled out a new Dig Site Type, Lat/Lon Coordinate, to help excavators create more accurate tickets – making it easier for a utility to find and locate an excavator’s dig site.
Key Points
Exactix uses NAD83 Geographic Datum and Projection
