Meeting Forum and Notes:
Short 811 presentation on meeting make up, rules for respect and discussion. Open forum.

PENSACOLA ENERGY (Gas regulations)
Shawn Harris conducted a discussion on gas regulations, gas damages and how things are slightly “out-of-the-norm” when excavating around gas utilities. Discussions of RP1162 (PHMSA) and the 2C Positive Response Code – gas utilities need to be on-sight when excavation takes place within 50 feet of their facilities.
ENFORCEMENT
Shawn Harris will be working with City of Pensacola code enforcement to get them more proactive when there are enforcement needs. 811 will support enforcement education across the board.
UTILISPHERE AND EXACTIX
Pace Water Systems had questions and discussions ensued regarding how to utilize the search features. They demonstrated how they use the end user interface to plan their locating.
